WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

In-Store Pickup.

 

In store and curbside pickup is available for all of the art products we sell. When we have finalized the purchase, you will receive an e-mail or phone call.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
 

We offer worldwide shipping.

Domestic (Romania) – is handled by Sameday.

Price around 25,- Ron/ 5,- euro < 2 Kg

International – is handled by DHL Express.

Europe                 115,- Ron / 23,- euro < 2 Kg
US, MX, CA          130,- Ron / 26,- euro < 2 Kg
Asia                    163,- Ron / 33,- euro < 2 Kg
Rest of the world    200,- Ron / 40,- euro < 2 Kg

 

For all shipments you will receive a tracking number.

At checkout, you will see the total for delivery and products, you will also see the right price according to the destination, all the prices are an estimate and can change all the time, if the paid amount for delivery is not sufficient, we will ask you to make an extra payment or you can choose for a refund before it is shipped.

 

Custom Fees

Countries inside the European Union have usually no fees.

We do not pay for custom fees nor we get involved with this process.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery.
